Currently, Region Skåne is making the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We develop complex construction projects in sensitive healthcare environments – always with the highest demands for operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the infrastructure for public transport with new service depots for buses and trains.

The Helsingborg operational area belongs to the Property Management Division and is part of Regionfastigheter, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all buildings and systems at Helsingborg Hospital, Landskrona Hospital, Pålsjö Psychiatry, and the bus depot. Within the operational area, we work with a variety of technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation, medical gases, and power supply and distribution. Our unit is also responsible for preventive maintenance work and participates in larger renovations and new installation projects of certain operational technical equipment.

The work is conducted in a hospital environment in close collaboration with Region Skåne's operations and its staff, property managers, project managers, consultants, and contractors. We currently have about 30 employees located at Helsingborg and Landskrona Hospitals. Our main responsibility is to create world-class operational reliability and to be a reliable partner for healthcare. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking forward to welcoming a technician to Property Management in Helsingborg! With us, you will have a varied job with freedom under responsibility and good opportunities for development.

In your role, your work will largely be guided by fault reports and pure operational measures in our premises within the operational area. With your expertise in control, regulation, and automation technology, you will troubleshoot, optimize, program, and configure as part of corrective actions. Additionally, you will also work on energy efficiency.

In this position, you will have daily contact with the operations and also handle administrative tasks in our operational system. You will primarily work towards the hospital area in Helsingborg and the Helsingborg operational area, which also includes our premises and hospitals in Landskrona and Ängelholm. In this role, you will have a particular focus on control and regulation technology.

Your main placement is in Helsingborg, but in this position, you will work throughout the operational area, which includes both Helsingborg, Landskrona, and Ängelholm. Travel and driving are part of the job. On-call duty may also become relevant in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have at least a completed upper secondary education and/or KY/YH education with a focus on automation and/or control and regulation technology. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. We consider it a given that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since driving is involved in the job, a valid B driver's license is a requirement.

It is a prerequisite for the position that you have documented experience in control and regulation technology and work in SCADA systems, preferably in Siemens. You have good experience working with PLC hardware and programming and are comfortable troubleshooting and addressing issues in complex facilities. Additionally, you possess a good general technical understanding of the functions in commonly used property systems.
